This is the original FULL SET of the bootleg Japanese kits.  These are so beloved, that even they have been ​bootlegged as "built" kits by other Japanese entities, such as Star Case.  Was pumped to get all twelve of the originals all at once.  Had only seen one or two pop for sale up over the years.

I rarely buy figures, but this one I really loved.  It is the "Broken" Vader from Obi-Wan Kenobi series.  There are both an industrial and a rocky base, and many interchangeable hands, sabers, and a "full helmet".  The saber, base, belt light up, with the option of having the chest plate on or off (you can use a full or broken plate, as well).

Revell - Non-Studio-Scale (1-24)

This is the custom N-1 Starfighter "hot-rod" conversion that was used by the Mandolorian in a large 1-24 scale.  It includes Mando and a little Grogu.

Henning - Non-Studio-Scale (1-15)

This is another wonderful old-school/new-school resin kit from Lasse Henning... A-Wing Fighter v2.  The v2 has mostly strengthening upgrades for both support and molding, but is otherwise the same as the v1.  This may also fall into SS under the guise of a Maquette-sized ship.  Either way, it is another beauty.  Also like the dark-pigmented resin that was used.

R2C / AMT - Non-Studio-Scale (1-72)

This is the first "new tooling" from the R2C license under the AMT brand... the Razor Crest.  It will be interesting to compare to the recent Revell release, in the same scale.  Both have pros/cons... I may just kit-bash the two.

RCM, Non-Studio-Scale (~1-200)

This is a "Smuggler" version of the original concept for the Millennium Falcon (which was later revamped and turned into the Rebel Blockade Runner​).  Also got the optional Death Star surface looking base.  This was a sister release along with the v2 of the original Blockade Runner v1 kit, which I already have built and on display.

This is a Studio-Scale replica kit of a T-16 Skyhopper originally from ANH and shown in the movie as an actual model (toy).

This is a Studio-Scale replica kit of a gun turret from the ANH 5' Millennium Falcon (1-24).  This thing is LARGE!  This makes you appreciate how big that original model really was.

This is the Studio-Scale version of the speeder bike from ROJ.  This wonderfully mastered (3DP) kit is 1/4 scale and I was able to obtain all three of the pilots available (Trooper, Luke, and Leia).  Would be cool if had an ewok to hang off the handlebars.  This came already sanded and primed... again, the continued evolution of "garage kits".

This is a Studio-Scale version of the AT-AT.  It is a beautiful and posable rendition of the "Walker".  This came already sanded and primed... and had the most amazing custom-cut foam packaging maybe I have ever received a kit in, much on the order of how high-end replicas come.  Along with limited edition goodies that came with early purchase, this also came with a really cool custom lit base that will really show this baby off.  This is the evolution of "garage kits".

This is the Studio-Scale version of the [Hoth] Ion Cannon.  The main ball is around 12 inches in diameter, and beautifully pre-plated.  This beauty screams for a  diorama.
