Aoshima released a wonderful new BTTF 40th Anniversary Kit and was to be used in the Wonderfest Group Challenge for 2026. Being a Star Wars crazy, I found that the OLD original issue MPC Snowspeeder would fit almost EXACTLY under the BTTF Delorean shell (with some "special modifications"...

More of the interior/insider merging... respecting the back-to-back two-seater layout of the snowspeeder but merged with the Delorean gadgets. Would not have been the same with just (easier to do) blacked-out windows!

Just like both interior and exteriors are merged, so are the paint schemes. LOTs of planning ahead as assembly requires multiple layers of paint color respect from the inside-out. Whew!

This group challenge​ at Wonderfest 2026 was so much fund! My mashup was the cover photo for the Tested! interviews and I was also personally interviewed by Norm for Tested! on this mashup as well as last years (museum-run) cutaway ISD.
So humbling and appreciative of the recognition!
